I was born in the charming town of Annecy, nestled in the French Alps, where the air is crisp, and the lakes shimmer like jewels. At 34 years old, I now call the vibrant city of New Orleans my home, a place that has embraced me with open arms and a rich tapestry of flavors.
From a young age, I was captivated by the magic of cooking. My grandmother, a true culinary artist, would whisk me away to her kitchen, where the aroma of freshly baked baguettes and simmering coq au vin filled the air.
