Description
Perfectly cooked, flaky salmon from frozen in minutes using your air fryer! A quick and healthy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- Frozen salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, your preference)
- Salt (I use sea or kosher salt)
- Black pepper (freshly ground is best!)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- You can use these if you want: garlic powder (onion powder, paprika, or your favorite dried herbs. (I sometimes sprinkle a little garlic powder on mine for extra flavor.))
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Salmon: Remove the frozen salmon fillets from their packaging.
- Season: Lightly brush or spray the salmon with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (or your preferred seasonings).
- Air Fry: Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook: Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillets. Check for doneness at the shorter end of the time range.
- Serve: Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges or fresh herbs, if desired.

Storage: “Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.”
Serving Suggestions: “Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, rice, or a salad.” Doneness: Internal temperature of salmon should reach 145°F (63°C).
