Description
This addictive dish features succulent shrimp coated in a crispy, golden crust and drizzled with a creamy, spicy, and slightly sweet boom boom shrimp sauce that will leave you craving more.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp (of large or jumbo shrimppeeled and deveined. Choose high-quality shrimp for the best flavor and texture.)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (of mayonnaise. Japanese mayo Kewpie mayo is often preferred for its richer flavor, but regular mayo works just fine. For a healthier twist, consider using light mayonnaise.)
- 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha (of sriracha depending on your desired spice level. Adjust to your taste!)
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce (of sweet chili sauce. This gives the sauce a little bit of sweetness and makes the flavor more interesting.)
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch: (of cornstarch. This is crucial for creating a light and crispy coating on the shrimp.)
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (of panko breadcrumbs. These provide a wonderfully crunchy texture that regular breadcrumbs can’t match.)
- Salt and Pepper (To taste.)
- Cooking Oil (For pan-frying or air frying vegetable, canola, or peanut oil.)
