Description

Easy, healthy, and flavor-packed grilled shrimp Caesar wraps perfect for summer lunches or quick dinners. Includes low-carb, gluten-free, and dairy-free options!


Ingredients

Grilled Shrimp:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper

Caesar Dressing:

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt (or mayo)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb/gluten-free)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • Optional toppings: croutons (bacon bits, avocado)


Instructions

  1. Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and all shrimp seasonings. Toss shrimp and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
