Ingredients
  

  • Frozen salmon fillets skin-on or skinless, your preference
  • Salt I use sea or kosher salt
  • Black pepper freshly ground is best!
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • You can use these if you want: garlic powder onion powder, paprika, or your favorite dried herbs. (I sometimes sprinkle a little garlic powder on mine for extra flavor.)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Salmon: Remove the frozen salmon fillets from their packaging.

  • Season: Lightly brush or spray the salmon with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (or your preferred seasonings).

  • Air Fry: Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook: Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillets. Check for doneness at the shorter end of the time range.

  • Serve: Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges or fresh herbs, if desired.
