Ingredients
  

Grilled Shrimp:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper

Caesar Dressing:

  • cup Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or low-carb/gluten-free
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
  • Optional toppings: croutons bacon bits, avocado

Instructions
 

  • Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and all shrimp seasonings. Toss shrimp and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  • Grill Shrimp: Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.

  • Make Caesar Dressing: Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
